Daytrippers Project

DayTrippers is a Students' Union project bringing the best and most exciting trips to all students who wish to travel around the UK!

To stay up to date on all our latest trips and outtings, make sure to like our DayTrippers page at: www.facebook.com/manchesterdaytrippers

Local living at home students have the opportunity to become trip leaders via the Daytrippers programme - a series of student led trips around Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.

Those of you who are local to Greater Manchester have a unique experience of the area that many students coming from other parts of the country/world never get to share – they come, they see Oxford Road and they leave.

Living outside of the ‘student bubble’ you will know that your local area has some sights and attractions that other students are really missing out on, from Hulme’s best Caribbean food to Bury’s world famous market. It’s over to you to take them there!

What does being a trip leader involve?

As a trip leader you will gain unique experience in event planning and leadership. Click HERE for a checklist of what you need to think about when planning a trip. Does your hometown have something that you want to shout about? Sign up to be a volunteer!
