Criteria - awarded to someone who has put time and effort into creating great feedback on assessment. This may include, but is not limited to:

1. Making it clear to students how they can use their feedback to improve their future work
2. Providing feedback which is constructive and meaningful

Criteria - awarded to a member of support staff to recognise their contribution to teaching and learning. This may include, but is not limited to:

1. Providing outstanding help and support to students
2. Consistently making themselves available to students to offer support when needed
3. Showing dedication to improving student services and student life

Criteria - awarded to a research supervisor who has put considerable time and effort into making sure their research students succeed. This may include, but is not limited to:

1. Offering regular support through face to face, email and telephone meetings
2. Providing both academic and pastoral, individualised support, recognising the specific needs of the PG student and is clearly knowledgeable about the individual project
3. Providing in-depth, clear guidance and information for the duration of the course

Criteria - awarded to someone who has made a significant effort to teach about those whose contributions are less well-known and to provide multiple perspectives for an opportunity for students to view their subject through a different lense. This may include, but is not limited to:

1. Making efforts to ensure their teaching content is reflective of the student body
2. Making efforts to engage students with underrepresented perspectives

3. Showing commitment to their role and supports students by being approachable
