Learn kickboxing, fitness and self defence, and gain confidence from the WKC Great Britain Coach.

Our aims:

To promote healthy lifestyle, teach about the martial arts and the philosophy behind them, train both body and mind. Create a friendly and supportive environment for people coming to sessions to be fit and healthy as well as to have fun. Provide opportunities for students to grade for belts several times a year.


Activities we take part in:

Focus mitts and kicking pads are used in boxing and kicking drills to provide target but keep everyone safe. The sessions usually start with a warm up containing different cardio exercises, sit ups, push ups and other activities. These are followed by boxing drills and/or kicking drills. The content of the sessions vary, but usually follow this structure
