If you’re really looking to break a sweat and get into shape, our kickboxing classes will really get your heart pumping. Learn practical kickboxing and self defence, push yourself and strengthen your body all in one session!

At the University, there is an emphasis on learning and improvement. Whether your goal is to get in shape, learn some practical self defense, train to be the next world champion, etc, our goal is for you to enjoy your training. We don't force any aspect of training so no one will expect you to sparr or even attend every session. You train to your own level and at your own pace. Our instructors will push you to improve and will train you accordingly.

We are confident that as you improve, your own satisfaction in your success will motivate you as much as any instructor could.
